Graduate Project Coordinator إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Project Coordinator to join AECOM’s Dubai team as part of a 24‑month graduate development programme. You will work under senior Project Managers, gaining hands‑on experience in coordinating small‑scale infrastructure projects while developing leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the management of less complex projects under senior supervision.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify issues or opportunities, and prepare accurate documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyse project data to propose performance improvements.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate (2024‑2026) or up to one year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
