About the role
WSP in the Middle East is looking for a motivated Emirati graduate to join our team as a Graduate Project Management professional in Sharjah. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience supporting project planning, execution, and coordination across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Support day‑to‑day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and help identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision‑making.
- Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
