Graduate Project Planner / Scheduler

About the role

TBH is looking for recent or soon‑to‑be graduates to join its Project Controls team in Dubai. You will work alongside senior professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in time and cost management across construction projects in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed schedules and perform schedule analysis for projects in feasibility, tender, construction and commissioning phases.
• Create integrated project controls reporting platforms.
• Prepare delay, cost and disruption claims.

Required profile

• UAE national with a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management, written and verbal communication skills.
