Graduate Trainee - Relationship Manager (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Emirates NBD Priority Banking is a key segment of the Retail Banking division, serving affluent individuals and corporate clients. As a Graduate Trainee Relationship Manager for UAE nationals, you will deliver outstanding service, manage the full client lifecycle from profiling to meeting their Forex, liabilities and asset needs, and support the growth of emerging affluent portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients, ensuring high service quality and addressing operational concerns.
• Achieve financial targets by selling and cross‑selling bank products, driving portfolio and asset growth, and closing Forex transactions.
• Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulatory requirements, including KYC compliance.
• Maintain daily contact with portfolio clients to provide timely support and assistance.
• Deliver exceptional service to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.
• Complete mandatory training and certifications, observe punctuality, meet deadlines and follow the bank’s dress code.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking, with exposure to retail and wealth management.
