Group Head of Investor Relations – SVP, Capital Markets

About the role

The Group Head of Investor Relations reports to the Chairman/Group CEO and works closely with the Group CFO and senior business unit leaders. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role involves frequent travel to major US financial hubs such as New York, Boston and San Francisco to represent the company with institutional investors and capital markets participants.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with global institutional investors, including long‑only funds, technology funds, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and strategic investors.
• Develop and execute a structured investor targeting strategy and lead non‑deal roadshows, investor conferences, earnings calls and site visits across key financial centers.
• Provide capital‑markets support to senior management, including earnings and investor communications, market intelligence and valuation analysis.

Required profile

• 10–18 years of capital‑markets experience, preferably in investment banking, equity capital markets, senior investor‑relations leadership, sell‑side equity research or buy‑side technology investment.
• Demonstrated track record with Nasdaq‑listed companies or U.S.‑listed technology/industrial firms valued between $1 billion and $20 billion.
• Strong network of contacts within the U.S. institutional investor community, especially in New York, Boston and the West Coast.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques, including comparable company analysis, sum‑of‑the‑parts valuation, EV/Revenue, EV/EBITDA and P/E ratios.
• Deep understanding of revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA and free‑cash‑flow metrics.
• Ability to craft and communicate a clear equity story to sophisticated investors and analysts.
