Group Head of People

About the role

The Group Head of People will lead the global People & Culture function for a leading trade‑technology provider, aligning human capital strategy with the Group’s vision and business objectives across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global People strategy, harmonising HR policies while complying with local labour laws.
• Lead organisational design, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives worldwide.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and compliance, model employment costs and benchmark salaries across jurisdictions.
• Manage HR operations, data analytics, reporting, KPIs and governance to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate a global network of HR Managers and People Partners, fostering a strong HR community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international HR leadership across multiple regions, with strong knowledge of global labour laws and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross‑cultural management skills, capable of advising CEOs and senior executives.
• Strategic thinker with ability to operationalise large‑scale HR initiatives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Financial literacy for employment cost modelling, compensation benchmarking and multi‑country payroll structures.
