Group HR Operations Manager

About the role

The Group HR Operations Manager will lead core HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistent standards, controls and high‑quality service delivery for a complex international workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, driving consistency, compliance and service excellence across all locations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions and separations.
• Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate contracts and international assignment documentation.
• Develop and enforce HR governance, policies, procedures and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with local teams, Finance and external providers.
• Own HR systems, maintain employee master‑data integrity and produce workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration and PRO resources while influencing territory HR teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions.
• Strong HR generalist background covering employee lifecycle, relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits and HR systems.
• Experience supporting large blue‑collar workforces in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing or similar sectors.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes and expatriate workforce administration.
