Group HR Operations Manager

About the role

A client operating in the industrial sector is looking for a Group HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries, driving consistency, compliance and service excellence. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, UAE immigration and expatriate matters, and HR governance, and calls for blue-collar and multi-country experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions and separations.
• Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate employment contracts, international assignments and related documentation.
• Drive HR governance, policies, procedures, compliance monitoring and employee relations support.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration through local teams, Finance and external providers.
• Own HR systems, employee master data integrity, reporting and operational workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration and PRO resources while influencing territory HR teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions (essential).
• Strong HR generalist background covering employee lifecycle, employee relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits and HR systems.
• Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, heavy equipment or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes and expatriate workforce administration.
