About the role
A strategic, commercially driven marketing leader is sought to strengthen brand equity and drive growth across a diverse portfolio of retail, entertainment and lifestyle businesses. The role covers group-level marketing strategy, campaigns and customer initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group marketing strategy, brand positioning, budgets and team performance.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content and events.
- Drive footfall, sales and engagement through tenant collaborations, partnerships and activations.
- Oversee CRM, loyalty and customer retention initiatives.
- Manage agencies and optimise marketing investment through measurable KPIs and ROI.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience in retail, shopping malls, entertainment, hospitality or mixed-use developments.
- GCC/UAE experience and Arabic proficiency preferred.
Required skills
- Strong commercial acumen and digital expertise.
- Stakeholder management skills.
