Group Social Media Manager – Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Group Social Media Manager will lead and govern social media activities across all Al Khayyat Investments brands and business units. This senior position sets strategic direction, ensures consistent storytelling, and drives best‑practice implementation for a diverse portfolio that includes healthcare, retail, logistics, construction, automotive and more.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a unified social media strategy for the entire group, establishing standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Lead creative direction and production of high‑quality content, including thought leadership, major launches, events, partnerships and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with social media leads in each business unit to align themes, campaigns and key moments, providing ideation, briefs and rollout support.
• Build and manage a Social Media Centre of Excellence that delivers training, innovation, planning systems, approvals, escalation procedures and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in social media management, preferably across multiple industry sectors.
• Proven ability to set strategy, govern execution and maintain a consistent brand voice at a group level.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to support and up‑skill business‑unit teams.
