Growth Lead – AI and Web3

About the role

Shlenpower is seeking a senior growth operator to own acquisition and growth for two cutting‑edge products: Attractor, an AI platform for creators, and Dlicom, a Web3 social product. You will drive the full growth cycle from strategy to execution, measurement and scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy and paid acquisition plans for both products.
• Build and manage creator, KOL, affiliate, ambassador and referral programmes.
• Design acquisition funnels, onboarding flows and CRO experiments.
• Coordinate external agencies, freelancers and growth partners.
• Develop analytics, attribution dashboards and reporting.
• Allocate budget across channels, identify new scalable acquisition sources and optimise activation efficiency.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on growth experience with proven results in AI and Web3.
• Strong track record across multiple acquisition channels, paid media, funnels, CRO and partnership programmes.
• Excellent analytical skills, experience with attribution and product analytics.
• Ability to manage budgets, agencies and specialists independently.
• Fluent English and high ownership mindset.
