Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Sarwa is a fast‑growing fintech platform that makes investing easy, affordable and transparent. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimise paid acquisition and lifecycle campaigns, experiment across channels, and drive improvements in acquisition, activation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other advertising platforms.
• Lead lifecycle channels – email, push notifications and in‑app messaging – and continuously test for activation and engagement.
• Collaborate with product, growth and creative teams to design, launch and iterate growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and generate insights.
• Work closely with the creative team to produce ad creatives and visual assets for multiple touchpoints.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a B2C company (startup experience preferred).
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance outcomes.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Interest in financial markets is a plus; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Paid campaign management on Meta and Google platforms.
• Lifecycle channel expertise: email, push, in‑app messaging.
• A/B testing and optimisation.
• Dashboard creation and performance monitoring.
• Analytics and attribution tools: Metabase, Amplitude, GA4, Adjust.
