Guest Arrival Expert (CID Agent - Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Four Points by Sheraton is hiring a Guest Arrival Expert (CID agent who speaks Arabic) in its rooms and guest services operations in Sharjah. The role takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, from handling operational needs and guest requests to completing reports and sharing local highlights. The position is full-time and non-management.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and handle guest requests during arrivals and departures
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Stand, sit or walk for an extended period and work hands-on, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently and heavier ones with assistance

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
• Professional uniform, personal appearance and communication
