Guest Arrival Expert - With UAE Heavy License

About the role

Four Points by Sheraton in Sharjah is hiring a full-time Guest Arrival Expert (non-management) to help guests make a memorable impression from arrival to departure. The role takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay, from handling operational needs and guest requests to completing reports and sharing local highlights. The position is based at the hotel on King Faisal Street, Al Qasimia, Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and handle guest requests during arrival and departure.
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area.
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
• Work on your feet and move around, standing, sitting or walking for long periods.
• Take a hands-on approach, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier ones with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required; no supervisory experience required.
• UAE heavy license mentioned in the title.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
• Professional uniform, personal appearance and communication.
