Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Sharjah. The role supports the smooth running of the banquets department, where all aspects of the guest conference and banqueting service are delivered to the highest standards. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and meet guests' needs and respond positively and on time to guest enquiries.
• Support the banquets department and deliver a positive, timely response to guest requests.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely and professional way.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
• Work closely with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and prepare documentation for internal and external audits, following up as required.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Personal integrity and strong communication skills.
