About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (Concierge Agent) delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay, handling operational needs, requests, and local area highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs and operational tasks.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Complete reports and documentation as required.
- Provide guests with information on local attractions and experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 10 lb.
- Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
