About the role
The Food & Beverage Associate delivers a high‑quality dining experience by assisting guests with menu selections, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and supporting Miral Experiences' brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations, including upselling food and beverages.
- Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve courses in the correct sequence.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, condiment stations, and equipment according to HACCP and company standards.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and ensure accurate cash float management.
- Address guest complaints courteously and follow recovery procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including stock collection and lost‑and‑found management.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service.
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail.
