About the role
The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, handling check‑in, check‑out, luggage assistance, and local area guidance. This role requires a proactive, hands‑on approach while maintaining safety, professionalism, and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to rooms or bell areas.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
