About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay by handling check‑in/out, luggage assistance, and local area guidance. The role is hands‑on, requiring movement around the property and interaction with guests throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to rooms or bell areas.
- Provide information about local attractions and highlights.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and navigate stairs or service ramps.
