About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (Lobby Ambassador) at W Hotels in Abu Dhabi ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay. You will guide guests through their entire experience, from check‑in to check‑out, while handling operational tasks and providing local insights.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services throughout the stay, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share highlights of the local area and assist guests with information and recommendations.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and lift/carry objects up to 10 pounds.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional appearance, and clear communication.
- Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
