About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – Telephone Operator is responsible for delivering a memorable and seamless experience for hotel guests throughout their stay. Working at the Dubai Parks & Resorts location, you will act as a proactive point of contact, handling guest inquiries, operational requests, and providing local area information.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs and operational needs efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests via telephone and in‑person, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and complete required reports and documentation.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to company policies, and protect confidential information and company assets.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
