Guest Relation Officer – Customer Experience

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of Guest Relation Officers to deliver exceptional first impressions and seamless customer journeys across its UAE branches. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer entering the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each visit and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Ensure customers with appointments are smoothly connected with the correct Sales Executive.
• Support a seamless customer journey throughout the branch experience.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service or customer‑facing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confident, engaging, and customer‑focused personality.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
