Guest Relation Officer

About the role

Al Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of Guest Relation Officers to welcome customers across its UAE branches. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm first impression and guiding visitors through a smooth, professional journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer entering the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each visit and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Ensure customers with appointments are connected promptly with the correct Sales Executive.
• Support a seamless customer journey throughout the branch experience and acknowledge customers as they leave.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service or customer‑facing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confident, engaging and customer‑focused personality.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.
