About the role
Al Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of Guest Relation Officers to welcome customers across its UAE branches. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm first impression and guiding visitors through a smooth, professional journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer entering the branch.
- Identify the purpose of each visit and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Ensure customers with appointments are connected promptly with the correct Sales Executive.
- Support a seamless customer journey throughout the branch experience and acknowledge customers as they leave.
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of customer‑service or customer‑facing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confident, engaging and customer‑focused personality.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.
