About the role
Join the Margaux Pastry Boutique at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam as a Guest Relations Executive, providing a warm, friendly and prompt welcome to all restaurant guests while ensuring seamless service throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Man the hostess desk or restaurant entrance at all times, greeting guests with a courteous and efficient welcome.
- Manage restaurant reservations, bookings, parties and special requests in line with established SOPs.
- Escort guests to their tables, demonstrating strong knowledge of menus, dishes, beverages and overall restaurant offerings.
- Identify and respond to guest needs and complaints, delivering appropriate solutions and gathering feedback to improve the experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant layout, table arrangements and service flow.
Required profile
- Ability to identify and respond to guest needs and complaints.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant menus, dishes and beverage offerings.
- Attention to detail in managing reservations and special requests.
