About the role
Flora Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join its Front Office team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay. This role requires a hospitality background and strong communication abilities.
Required profile
- Hospitality degree or diploma
- Experience in a similar front‑office position (minimum 1 year)
- Good communication skills
- Mandatory knowledge of the Opera hotel management system
- Ability to provide professional guest services
