Guest Services Officer – Part‑Time (Emirati)

About the role

The Guest Services Officer is the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors at Capital Health Screening Centre facilities. The role involves patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and providing Arabic‑English interpretation support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage patient registration, insurance verification and appointment scheduling.
• Handle cash collections, billing inquiries and accurate patient identification.
• Provide Arabic‑English interpretation to facilitate clear communication between patients and staff.
• Support clinical assistant duties as required and ensure compliance with DOH, DHA and JCI standards.

Required profile

• Vocational/Technical qualification or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Arabic‑English interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Practical knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
