Guestroom Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guestroom Attendant ensures that every guest room at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working within the Housekeeping Department, you will anticipate guest needs and contribute to a memorable luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms—including bedroom, living, dining, and bathroom—according to established procedures.
• Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and checkout rooms, preparing them for new arrivals.
• Provide turndown service and look for opportunities to personalize each guest’s stay.
• Identify and report any maintenance or amenity issues.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or Director of Housekeeping.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar housekeeping role within a luxury hotel brand.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication abilities and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
