About the role
The Head Bartender will lead the bar team at One&Only The Palm Resort, creating a warm and energetic atmosphere while ensuring high standards of beverage preparation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee bar operations, stock orders, and inventory management.
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of all bar supplies.
- Handle cashiering tasks and prepare daily sales reports.
- Ensure temperature control of chillers and proper wine storage.
- Suggestive selling to boost wine and spirit sales.
Required profile
- 1–2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel, resort or upscale bar.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication; additional language a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with high‑profile clientele.
