About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting new Greek dining concept opening in Dubai, UAE.
Required profile
- Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine – essential.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
- Experience within high‑end standalone restaurants.
- Pre‑opening experience is highly preferred.
- UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and inspire a team.
- Creative and hands‑on, with a strong understanding of quality, consistency and kitchen operations.
