About the role
The Head Hostess will lead the bar team at the St. Regis Bar, ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalized service experience. This role combines front‑of‑house leadership with hands‑on service to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and serve guests efficiently while maintaining the bar’s elegant ambience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, manage supplies, and ensure all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted, moving items, and navigating uneven surfaces safely.
- Uphold uniform, appearance, and professional communication standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
