About the role
The Head Hostess leads the Guest Service team at the St. Regis Bar, creating memorable experiences that go beyond food and drink. You will ensure high standards of service, safety, and professionalism while coordinating with the kitchen and managing the dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with a focus on exceptional service.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage supplies, and ensure the bar environment meets quality standards.
- Handle menu verification, assist guests with selections, and support smooth transaction flow.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving objects, and navigating uneven surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
