Head Mixologist – French Concept

About the role

Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a Head Mixologist to lead its French‑concept bar starting September 2026. You will be responsible for delivering world‑class beverage experiences while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring service excellence, hygiene, safety and HACCP compliance.
• Design and launch innovative cocktails, seasonal beverage concepts and menu enhancements to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Mentor, train and inspire the bar team, fostering creativity and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to analyse sales data, optimise menus and improve profitability.
• Maintain rigorous product knowledge, inventory control and bar presentation standards.
• Represent Jumeirah in industry events, competitions and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (advantageous).
• 3–5 years of bartending or mixology experience in luxury hospitality, restaurant or hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail creation, beverage trends and luxury service standards.
