Head of Aftersales

About the role

The Head of Aftersales will lead the service, parts, warranty and technical functions, working closely with the Executive Vice President to align strategy and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national aftersales strategies to grow revenue, improve customer satisfaction and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage overall service operations for insurance, fleet and retail customers, overseeing workshop performance, parts warehouse, warranty administration and third‑party service providers.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, fleet contracts and customer feedback initiatives to acquire and retain customers.
• Introduce new revenue streams such as Electric Vehicle services and collaborate with manufacturers on product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within automobile dealer service, warranty, technical or parts operations (preferred 15 years).
• Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile (MBA preferred).
• Proven ability to lead large teams, drive strategic planning and achieve net sales and profit targets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, P&L responsibility and financial control.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
