Head of Commercial & Revenue – Rental & Leasing

About the role

The Head of Commercial & Revenue will lead the commercial strategy for Hertz’s rental and leasing operations within Al‑Futtaim Financial Services. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing yield, and expanding digital‑led commercial performance across daily rental, long‑term leasing and emerging digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall revenue and pricing strategy for both rental and leasing businesses.
• Own dynamic pricing, yield management, rate governance and commercial performance measurement.
• Lead product, sales, marketing and digital channel initiatives to align fleet availability with customer demand.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Fleet, IT and Legal to ensure cross‑functional alignment and compliance.
• Manage OEM partnerships, regulatory requirements and market dynamics to maximise short‑term revenue while building long‑term customer value.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in commercial leadership within automotive, rental or leasing sectors.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, pricing optimisation and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance short‑term results and long‑term brand strength.
