Head of Financial Controlling – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Financial Controlling for the EMEA region to be based in Dubai. Reporting to the EMEA General Manager, you will lead the financial controlling function across Middle East, Africa and Europe, ensuring accurate financial analysis, reporting and strategic insight for Make Up For Ever.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA financial controlling team and coordinate with central finance and the LVMH Beauty Middle East Controlling Director.
• Provide rigorous financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA General Manager on the region’s strategic vision and commercial performance.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency and relevance of financial information across all EMEA markets.
• Deliver commercial insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in financial controlling or finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, including Middle East, Africa and Europe.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, operations and senior management.
• Excellent analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
