Head of People

About the role

The Head of People reports to the CEO and acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team while also executing the People strategy directly. The role drives initiatives aligned with DT One's business objectives and fosters a culture of high performance, covering talent management, organisational design, employee engagement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy with the leadership team, and guide organisational design, workforce planning and change management
• Build a pipeline of top talent, oversee performance management, leadership development and succession planning
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives linked to the day-to-day employee experience
• Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
• Work with shared services people operations on workflows, payroll and benefits, and manage HR metrics and reporting
• Align workforce planning and budgeting with Finance, and mentor the leadership team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership or senior HRBP role
• Proven mix of strategic HR business partnering and hands-on delivery in fast-paced tech environments
• Experience in organisational design, talent management and change management
• M&A experience and familiarity with EOR providers are advantageous

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Greenhouse and HiBob
• Understanding of global HR practices and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
