About the role
The Head of Procurement will lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and procurement policy for a large UAE‑based organisation, driving cost optimisation, supplier performance and contract standardisation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement frameworks that ensure transparency, compliance and value creation.
- Collaborate with operations, finance and legal teams to meet business requirements.
- Manage senior procurement professionals and influence enterprise‑wide purchasing decisions.
- Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance monitoring and contract standardisation.
Required profile
- Senior procurement leadership experience in large or project‑driven organisations.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Commercial acumen, governance discipline and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Professional procurement qualifications (advantageous).
