Head of Product & Delivery

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a strategic Head of Product & Delivery to lead product development and delivery teams in Dubai. You will own the full product lifecycle, align strategy with business goals, and drive innovation across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product and delivery teams, setting vision, motivation, and support.
• Develop and execute product strategies that match company objectives and market demands.
• Oversee project delivery processes to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
• Implement Agile best practices and monitor KPIs for team effectiveness.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor coordination across workstreams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in product management and delivery leadership.
• Proven track record of shipping software to real users under hard deadlines.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in technology or software industry, preferably with government or institutional clients.

Required skills

• Agile and sprint delivery methodologies.
• Technical fluency with OpenAPI specifications.
• Vendor management and milestone tracking.
• Task tracking tools such as GitHub Projects, Linear, Jira.
