Head of PSL - Delivery Office

About the role

The Head of PSL – Delivery Office will lead the product portfolio strategy for multiple digital transformation products, aligning them with Emirates Global Aluminium’s business objectives and driving the company’s Industry 4.0 vision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across several business units, ensuring alignment with market trends and corporate goals.
• Lead a team of Product Owners and technical experts within an agile framework, overseeing planning, building, and operation of enterprise‑level platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate industry standards, and shape the product roadmap.
• Manage inter‑dependencies, partnerships, and conflicts across product teams to deliver business value.
• Monitor product metrics such as user adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, product line management, and agile delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, and influence business decisions.
• Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 solutions and their impact on financial and non‑financial KPIs.
