About the role
The Head of Recruitment will lead Habico Properties' talent acquisition strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end hiring for all functions in a fast‑growing real‑estate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce planning, sourcing, screening and selection processes.
- Manage recruitment campaigns, coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build employer branding initiatives and graduate/early‑career programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring priorities with business goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, manage external partner relationships and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a recruitment function, preferably in real estate or a fast‑growing sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; HR certifications a plus.
Required skills
- Expertise in employer branding.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Ability to assess technical capabilities and behavioral fit during interviews.
