About the role

Join Taptap Send’s GCC Risk & Compliance function as the designated Risk Officer for the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior management and the Board, you will build and maintain a robust risk management framework that meets Central Bank of the UAE standards while supporting rapid, mission‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve Taptap Send’s risk management framework in the UAE.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks across operations, product, engineering, compliance, finance and partnerships.
• Lead engagement with the Central Bank of the UAE on all risk‑related matters.
• Prepare and deliver regular risk reports to senior leadership and the Board.
• Develop strong controls and ensure the organization remains safe, resilient and compliant.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in risk management or related financial services roles.
• Proven ability to work hands‑on in fast‑paced environments and anticipate emerging risks.
• Strong communication skills to interact with regulators, senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
