Head of Sales – GCC Region

About the role

Wiseasy is seeking a Head of Sales to lead its commercial agenda across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets. You will be responsible for defining regional strategy, building senior institutional relationships, and delivering enterprise Cloud, Software, and Terminal deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the GCC revenue plan across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman with full P&L accountability.
• Develop C‑suite relationships with major acquiring banks, national payment networks, government‑linked payment entities, and regional PSPs/ISVs.
• Translate central bank and regulatory mandates into commercial opportunities and position Wiseasy as a compliance‑ready partner.
• Activate market events such as GITEX, Seamless Middle East, and Saudi FinTech Summit to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
• Expand existing pilot relationships into national fleet modernisation programmes and cross‑sell cloud‑managed services and software intelligence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on GCC‑specific requirements, including Arabic UI and Islamic banking features.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in global payment hardware or enterprise terminal sales.
• Proven track record building acquiring‑bank relationships and managing multi‑country procurement programmes.
• Ability to sell an integrated intelligent payments platform rather than a single device.
