Head of Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a structured, hands‑on Head of Transformation to lead strategic initiatives across a large, diversified group in Dubai. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will drive high‑impact transformation, restructuring, and performance‑improvement programmes that deliver measurable P&L results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group‑wide transformation and restructuring initiatives aligned with CEO priorities.
• Identify, structure and launch initiatives that improve profitability, reduce costs and enhance revenue.
• Build a scalable transformation roadmap linking each initiative to clear financial outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into execution plans with defined ownership, timelines and KPIs.
• Oversee a portfolio that includes operational efficiency, retail footprint optimisation, strategic growth and organisational builds.
• Establish governance, tracking mechanisms and reporting structures; provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Monitor progress, flag risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate between senior leadership and business units, ensuring accountability and disciplined execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in transformation, restructuring, program management or advisory roles.
• Proven track record of delivering turnaround or performance‑improvement initiatives with clear P&L impact.
• Experience in strategy, restructuring or performance‑improvement environments, either advisory or corporate.
