Head of Treasury

About the role

The Head of Treasury oversees all treasury functions, ensuring efficient liquidity management, optimal cash use and effective financial risk management. The role supports banking relationships, payment operations and capital structure, and suits someone with strong fintech or digital payments expertise who can align treasury strategy with business goals. It is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs
• Monitor cash positions across multiple bank accounts and payment partners
• Develop cash forecasting models for planning and investment decisions
• Maintain relationships with banks, payment processors and financial institutions, and negotiate fees, interest rates and service terms
• Handle KYC, compliance and documentation for financial partners
• Oversee payment processing cycles, reconciliation and compliance with payment regulations and reporting standards
• Identify, assess and mitigate liquidity and investment risks, and implement internal controls including segregation of duties and fraud prevention
• Ensure treasury policies meet regulatory and governance standards, and report cash flow, investments and financial exposure to senior management

Required profile

• 10 years of experience; fintech experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• On-site work arrangement
