About the role
CGP is seeking a seasoned Head of Wealth Management to strengthen its Wealth Management function for a well‑established asset management platform in the DIFC. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and driving growth across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Work strategically with the CEO & Partners to define the 5‑year growth roadmap.
- Develop and execute a hiring plan for strategic bankers to increase AUM.
- Lead and develop the existing team of 15+ front‑line bankers, focusing on revenue generation from the current asset base.
- Oversee global expansion initiatives across three jurisdictions and further market coverage.
Required profile
- Current Head of Wealth Management or divisional leader within an existing EAM structure; private banking experience also considered.
- Proven experience managing front‑line private bankers and driving asset growth and revenues.
- Preferably possesses transferable assets and an existing team to transition into the new structure.
