About the role
As the Head Spa Therapist at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will lead the spa team to deliver memorable guest experiences while overseeing daily health club operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise spa operations and support the Manager/Director in running the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
- Train, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure high‑quality guest service.
- Provide hands‑on support by stepping into staff roles as needed.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and financial performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
