Lead and supervise the waiting staff during service at Cipriani in Dubai, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise waiting staff during service.
- Ensure service standards and guest requirements are consistently met.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders professionally.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate when required.
- Ensure compliance with attendance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
- Manage time effectively and support team productivity.
Required profile
