Heavy Vehicle Driver – Dubai

About the role

The Heavy Vehicle Driver provides safe, timely and reliable transportation support for employees, documents, equipment and company vehicles across flydubai facilities in Dubai. The role ensures all vehicles are clean, road‑worthy and compliant with local traffic and airport regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver items between offices, workshops, hangars, service providers and government departments.
• Operate trucks with trailers to move ground support equipment, engines, palletised cargo and oversized materials.
• Drive light and heavy forklifts to load, unload and position aircraft spares and tools.
• Operate aircraft tugs, pushback tractors and tow‑bar‑less pushback tractors for aircraft movement.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, report defects and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain accurate trip sheets, handover logs and delivery records.
• Ensure secure handling of transported items and adherence to FOD prevention standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of driving or logistics experience; aviation experience is an advantage.
