High-End Operations & Distribution Specialist (UAE)

About the role

The High-End Operations & Distribution Specialist will ensure seamless execution of luxury product operations across the UAE. Working closely with boutiques, warehouse teams, logistics, merchandising and headquarters, you will guarantee that high‑end pieces are available where and when they are needed, supporting both business performance and an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse stock for confirmed high‑end orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfilment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between boutiques, warehouse teams and headquarters for all product movements.
• Coordinate delivery and transfer of high‑end pieces, including wishlist items, special orders and stock recalls.
• Create and manage purchase orders, sales orders, outbound delivery notes and manual invoicing.
• Monitor product availability and collaborate daily with merchandising and headquarters on inbound/outbound stock requests.
• Handle pricing updates, discrepancies and Master Data Management (MDM) requests for the high‑end category.
• Coordinate urgent import and export operations and support all supply‑related topics between headquarters and the warehouse.
• Provide operational support to the high‑end merchandiser and respond promptly to ad‑hoc requests.
• Communicate stock requests, deliveries and order status to boutiques; coordinate order fulfilment with logistics, finance, IT and commercial teams.
• Raise and resolve operational issues or delays, build strong relationships with boutiques and business partners, and support high‑end events and stock rebalancing.
• Maintain accurate end‑to‑end transactions in SAP, consolidate weekly boutique trackers and prepare operational and sales reports.
• Identify and contribute to continuous process‑improvement initiatives.
